Cha Cha Cha (Hawthorne)

I’ve been going to Cha Cha Cha on Hawthorne a couple times a month. The Chips and Guacamole is a much better deal than I was expecting. And I’ve learned that going for the chips and salsa, though tasty, can be problematic when transporting the salsa container by bike. I’ve tried the vegetarian tacos which were good, but neither as good a deal nor as good tasting as the vegetarian burritos. Though the burritos are up to $4.50 they are still a great deal for a quick filling meal. I still want to try more vegetarian friendly dishes when I get a chance. I also wouldn’t mind checking out the happy hour sometime which promises cheap drinks with the cheap food. This location is also good for sitting on the patio and people watching during the summer.

I’ve been to Cha Cha Cha twice in the last week. Both times I enjoyed the fast service, $4 vegetarian burritos (bean and cheese and chile relleno), and the chips and salsa. It’s a great place to get takeout or to sit on the patio on a nice summer night. A burrito makes a cheap and filling lunch or an easy to pick up dinner.

I went to Cha Cha Cha last week and got a $4 burrito that I couldn’t finish in 1 sitting. It was prepared in about 5 minutes. That’s fast and cheap. And the burritos are pretty good. Certainly they are filling. But for those looking for either quick food or cheap food it’s hard to find a better place.

i’ve only had the burritos, but i imagine everything else is prepared just as quickly. to-go orders take no time at all. i recommend the chile relleno burrito. for $4 you it’s hard to find better ‘fast food’.
