I went to Sckavone’s for the first time about a week ago. I took advantage of the 20% for bicyclists on Mondays and Tuesdays. I enjoyed the salads as well as the baked mac and cheese. I found the hummus appetizer to be mediocre, thus assuaging my fears that my hunger (coming straight from Loprinzi’s Gym) was causing me to overrate the food. The cocktails were cheaper than average from $4-$6 and a $4 for all drinks happy hour. The drinks were also fairly strong. There was a good selection of vegetarian menu items and I dining companions were also happy with their food. I think strong, cheap drinks combined with a bicyclist discount might be a winner for that location.
